Ginnie Mae is reminding users of a change to the Monthly Multifamily Pool and Loan Disclosure File announced in Disclosure Bulletin 2023-002.

File layout version 3.2 will be effective beginning with the April 10th, 2023 “mfplmon3_202303.zip” file. With this version, the “NAF” (not affordable) value of the Affordable Status field will be changed to “MKT” (market). Additionally, this value will appear on the MF Search results screen as “Market”.
