Ginnie Mae has enhanced its REMIC Document Search results on the Disclosure Data Search​ page. For each REMIC Tranche CUSIP entered, additional months of REMIC tranche factor data is now available in:

• ​An on-screen sortable table of REMIC Tranche factors, balances, payment dates, years and months: available on the new “Historical Data” tab (between the “Summary” and “File Downloads” tabs). In addition, a visualization of the data (table and graph) is available via the graph icon in the upper right corner of the page, next to the “New Search” button.
  
• A downloadable REMIC Tranche Factor History text file on the “File Downloads” tab (the text file name begins with the characters “MTF”).
