Ginnie Mae is implementing a new FHA Partial Claims stratification record in the Platinum Portfolio Enhanced Supplemental File located on Ginnie Mae’s Disclosure Data Download page. The FHA Partial Claims record will provide platinum pool level aggregate information about the extent of UPB dollars that contain FHA Partial Claims data.

The new disclosure record aggregates to the platinum pool level the UPB Dollars and % UPB Dollars for FHA Partial Claims data applicable to the platinum pool. The new Stratification Record Type 27 record will be added to the Platinum Portfolio Enhanced Supplemental File, “platmonPS_YYYYMM.zip.” Platinum Pool Layout Version 2.1.2 is attached. The record will be included in the Monthly Platinum Enhanced File only. The record will not be included in the Platinum Daily New Issuance files.

A full-size test file will be provided in mid-April 2022, and the first production PLATINUM PORTFOLIO ENHANCED SUPPLEMENTAL file containing Record Type 27 will be provided on the Disclosure Data Download page on May 11th, 2022. Note that the test file and the first production file will contain data for Record Type 26 (see Bulletin 2022-007​) and Record Type 27.
