Ginnie Mae has implemented Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Data for Platinum securities (per Disclosure Bulletin 2021-055​). The Disclosure Data Search function has been enhanced to display this data. The screen displays aggregated ESG UPB and UPB percent for the Platinum security. The stratification provides investors with information that supports their sustainable investing decisions and solutions.

Instructions to access:

From the Disclosure Data Search home screen, enter a Pool ID or CUSIP # for any Platinum security into the Single Class/Multiclass Securities Search bar. Once the Summary screen for that pool has rendered, navigate to Composition - Overview on the left sidebar menu beneath Summary. The section is named “Low and Moderate Income Area”.
