The Ginnie Mae Factor A GI and GII files are preliminary data and are subject to final data corrections, based on issuer/servicer reporting. The August 2021 Report Period Factor A files posted to the website on 9/7/2021 are not final. Ginnie Mae anticipates some corrections from issuers/servicers. Ginnie Mae anticipates corrections to both the Factor A GI and Factor A GII files.

Ginnie Mae will not be publishing corrected Factor A files, as these are preliminary. Final Factor Files (“Factor B File”) of Ginnie Mae I and Ginnie Mae II pools will be published on schedule, on the 6th Business Day of the month. The Ginnie Mae Factor B GI and Factor B GII files will be the final factor files for the August 2021 Report Period.
