Ginnie Mae strives to make robust data about our mortgage security products and programs accessible to investors and the public. Toward that objective, the Disclosure Data Search function has been enhanced with a new Historical Data view for MBS Single Family securities. This screen displays aggregated historical Security RPB, Factor and Pool Collateral information (WAC, WARM, WALA, and WAOLT) by year and month for the full lifetime of the pool. Site users can copy or print the data from this view, as they would from any other Disclosure Data Search screen.

Instructions to access:

From the Disclosure Data Search home screen, enter a Pool ID or CUSIP # for any MBS Single Family security into the Single Class/Multiclass Securities Search bar. Once the Summary screen for that pool has rendered, navigate to Historical Data near the bottom of the left sidebar menu underneath Removals and Transfers. The historical data on this screen can be sorted by Year, Month, or any of the data value columns.
