Ginnie Mae announced the MBS Loan Payment History File, in Disclosure Bulletin 2021-025. This bulletin is to provide a revised Version 1.0 of the file layout with the following adjustment: the “Months Delinquent” field, field LL-5 will be provided in a streamlined fashion, still with a maximum of 48 characters, but the reporting periods within the LL-5 field will no longer be bar delimited. The revised layout including revised sample records is attached. This is the only change to the layout.

There are no changes to the date of the test file (late May on the Disclosure New Release Test File Download page) or to the date of the first production file, “llpaymhist_202105.zip”, (June 14th on the Disclosure Data Download page).
