In Ginnie Mae Bulletin 2018-047, Ginnie Mae announced the new combined Multifamily Pool and Loan Disclosure Files, mfpldaily (daily new issuance dataset) and mfplmon_YYYYMM (monthly portfolio dataset), which are available on Disclosure Download page.

Users of the legacy Multifamily “mfdb” files are reminded that Ginnie Mae publishes these Enhanced Multifamily files which contain pool and loan level multifamily disclosure data. These enhanced files include expanded pool and loan level datasets providing users a “dynamic” file containing monthly loan level balances and loan liquidations.

Users are strongly encouraged to adopt the enhanced multifamily datasets. Ginnie Mae will continue to periodically enhance these datasets. The legacy mfdb will continue to be provided as a maintenance item, but there are no anticipated enhancements.
