Ginnie Mae is updating the timeline for the Data Download page reorganization (please see Bulletin 2020-018). The page will be updated after all May files have been published – including the new Enhanced MBS Single Family Pool Level Disclosure file. As such, Data Download page changes will take effect Saturday, June 13th.

Users should also note that layout changes to the Data Download page also apply to the Disclosure Bulk Download pages, the Layouts and Sample Files page, and the Disclosure Data History page.
