Ginnie Mae is reminding users of a change to the Monthly Pool Terminated Disclosure File, as announced in Disclosure Bulletin 2020-011. Beginning with the “ptermmon_202004.txt,” published May 12th, 2020, file layout version 1.2 is effective, which includes additional data, for terminated Multifamily Pool data (Construction pools and Project pools).
