Ginnie Mae has corrected the definition of the Loan Term field in the Multifamily Combined Pool and Loan Data Disclosure File Layout v1.1 (attached) to “Original number of monthly payments on a term or modified term loan as of the First Payment Date.” This is a non-format change.
