Ginnie Mae is implementing the MBS Enhanced Single Family Pool Disclosures in June 2020 (see Disclosure Bulletin 2020-003). In order to allow users to fully transition from the Legacy MBS Consolidated Pool Disclosure files to the MBS Single Family Pool Disclosures files, Ginnie Mae will continue to provide both sets of files for a period of time beginning in late May 2020. The Legacy MBS Consolidated Pool Disclosure files, “daily.txt”, “nissues_yyyymm.zip”, and “monthly_yyyymm.zip”, will be provided on a separate, Legacy Data Disclosure Download page. Another Disclosure Bulletin will provide the web address of the Legacy Data Disclosure Download page in mid-May, 2020.

Note that although both sets of MBS Pool files will be provided in June, the MBS Single Family Pool Disclosure files will be the official disclosure data per Bulletin 2020-003.
