Effective March 30, 2020, Ginnie Mae is expanding its Disclosure New Release Test File Download page. The enhanced Disclosure New Release Test File Download page provides users access to test versions of new or modified disclosure files along with more detail and contextual information about each file.

Below is the information that will be provided:

• Test File Name
  The test file name column is being expanded to provide a full label or description of the type of disclosure information included in each file. The test file names are also hyperlinks to the test file
  
• Data As Of Period
  Indicates the month and year of data included in the test file
  
• File Size
  The size of the file in kilobytes
  
• Published Date
  The date the test file is published on the Disclosure Test File Download page
  
• File Layout
  The file layouts provide the technical specification for the file layouts, record types, and data. The file layout names are also hyperlinks to the layouts
  
• Source Bulletin
  Each test file is announced via a Disclosure Bulletin. Bulletins include relevant contextual information about why the test file is being published and other relevant information. The Bulletin names are also hyperlinks to the bulletin
