Ginnie Mae is expanding the data that is included in the Monthly Terminated Disclosure file. Beginning with the April 2020 Monthly Terminated Disclosure file, “ptermmon_202004.txt,” published May 12th, 2020, terminated Multifamily Pool data will be included in the file, which includes Construction pool and Project pool data.

There is no change to the file name or to the file layout specifications. The Monthly Terminated Disclosure File Layout, Version 1.2 is attached with instructions for the inclusion of Multifamily pools (see version history). The Monthly Terminated Disclosure file will continue to be published on the Disclosure Data Download Files page.

In addition, there is no change to the Multifamily Terminated Pools file, “mftermpools.zip”.
