Ginnie Mae is providing the below information on the release schedule of Multifamily New Issuance daily disclosure files.

As detailed in Bulletin 2018-077, Ginnie Mae established a new approach where both Multifamily pool and loan data are disclosed together in the same record and file; one data record will be disclosed for each unique pool/loan combination, like the Ginnie Mae Multifamily Database. These files were released to production as listed in the below table.

Along with the new files listed in the above table, legacy Multifamily Pool-level data continued to be published in the following disclosure files:

• MBS Daily New Issuance (daily.txt) 
• MBS Monthly New Issuance (nissues_YYYYMM.zip) 
• MBS Monthly (Portfolio) (monthly_YYYYMM.zip)

Beginning in August and September 2019, legacy Multifamily pools will no longer be disclosed as outlined in the below table:

After the above legacy files are terminated, Multifamily pool and loan disclosure data will only be published in the following files:

• Multifamily New Issuance Daily (mfpldaily.zip)
• Multifamily New Issuance Monthly (mfpldailymni.zip) 
• Multifamily Monthly (Portfolio) (mfplmon_YYYYMM.zip)

These disclosures appear on the Disclosure Data Download page, in the “Multifamily” section.
