Ginnie Mae is pleased to provide Disclosure users with a new Disclosure File: Factor A Disclosure File for Platinum Pools only. This file will be provided as a 4th Business Day file and will contain the preliminary Security Remaining Principal Balances (RPBs) and Factors for Platinum Pools. This file will contain Factor A data for both Ginnie Mae I and Ginnie Mae II Platinum Pools. See the attached file layout, effective in July 2019.

A test file, “factorAplat_201905.txt” (containing production data), for the Factor A Platinum Disclosures will be made available on the Disclosure New Release Test File Download page on June 11, 2019.

Note that there will be no change to the Platinum Pool disclosure information provided in the existing Factor “A” or “B” Disclosure files (“factorA1_YYYYMM.zip”, “factorA2_YYYYMM.zip”, “factorAAdd_YYYYMM.zip”, “factorB1_YYYYMM.zip”, and “factorB2_YYYYMM.zip”).

Implementation Schedule

The Factor A Platinum Disclosure File will be on the same production schedule as the existing Factor “A” files: 4th Business Day at 9:30 PM. The first Factor A Platinum Production Disclosure File, “factorAplat_201906.txt”, will be made available on the Disclosure Data Download Files page on July 5th, 2019 at 9:30 PM (with June 2019 Factor A Platinum Pool data).
