Ginnie Mae is announcing an adjustment to the HMBS Platinum Disclosures Implementation Schedule referenced in Disclosure Bulletin 2018-084. The new Implementation Schedule date for the disclosure data is March 2019: March 2019 New Issuance File data (a daily file, cumulative for the month) and for March 2019 Monthly data (once per month on the 8th Business Day, 6 PM ET, of the following month). File layouts will now be effective March 1, 2019.

Unchanged from the 2018-084 bulletin are:

• The “hplatdaily.txt” and “hplatmon_YYYYMM.zip” will be published on the Disclosure Data Download page. 
• The seven items in Summary of File Changes section 
• Access to the test file, which is available on the Disclosure New Release Test File Download page
