US Bank, N.A. (the Trustee) will distribute the final payments to the holders of record on December 20, 2018 to the following CUSIPs: 383739S34 and 383739S59. No further payments will be made on these CUSIPs, as they will be terminated on the Fed System.

REMIC Clean up Call Notice: GNMA 2001-037
US Bank, N.A. (the Trustee) will distribute the final payments to the holders of record on December 16, 2018 to the following CUSIPs: 38373RSH3, 38373RSJ9, 38373RSK6, 38373RSL4, 38373RSP5, 38373RSQ3 and 38373RSR1. US Bank, N.A. (the Trustee) will distribute the final payments to the holders of record on December 20, 2018 to the following CUSIPs: 38373RSG5 and 38373RSN0. No further payments will be made on these CUSIPs, as they will be terminated on the Fed System.

The Trustee, at its option, may purchase or cause the sales of the Trust Assets and thereby terminate the Trust on any distribution Date on which the aggregate of the Class Principal Balances of the Securities is less than 1% of the aggregate Original Class Principal Balances of the Securities.
