This notice is to inform users that the Platinum WAC ARM Reset Data (“A” Records) for Ginnie Mae Pool 784592 in the September 2018 Platinum Enhanced Pool File, “platmon_201809.zip”, contained incorrect information: 4 records were affected.

Ginnie Mae is providing an ARM Reset Data spreadsheet file for Platinum WAC Pool 784592; this is for September Monthly disclosure. The file attached contains 4 reset records:

• “Platinum_Enhanced_A_Records_784592_MWL_Mon_Sept2018.xlsx” (September Monthly Portfolio)

The “platmon_201809.zip” file will not be republished; users should update their records accordingly. Users should expect that the reset data for this pool will be correct in subsequent disclosure files.
