Ginnie Mae is providing notification of upcoming changes to its website menu organization to better group Disclosure-related pages and improve user experience. The current “Data & Reports” menu will be renamed “Disclosure” and will include four sub-menus: “Disclosure Resources”, “Disclosure Data”, “Disclosure Search Tools”, and “Reports”. Pages in the “Disclosures & Reports” and “Investor Search Tools” sub-menus currently found under the “Investors” menu will be moved under the “Disclosure” menu. The “Multiclass Resources” and “Multiclass Participants” sub-menus will remain under the “Investors” menu. The attachment to this bulletin illustrates the future structure for the “Investors” and “Disclosure” menus.

Please note that all existing page URLs will remain the same, with the single exception of the Tax & Factor Data page. This menu item will now link directly to the off-site Factor Reporting Search.

These menu changes will go into effect on May 7, 2018.
