Ginnie Mae is providing Adjustable Rate Mortgage Pool Data (in the Consolidated Disclosure “N” Record) on the Disclosure Data Download page and the Disclosure Data History page. The file, named “arm_YYYYMM.txt”, can be found in the “MBS Portfolio - Record Type Breakout Files” section of both pages. A layout and sample for the file are available on the Disclosure Data Download Layouts and Sample page.
