This bulletin provides Platinum ARM Reset Change data for the February New Issuance pool 784444.

Ginnie Mae began Data Disclosure for Platinum WAC ARM pool disclosure data in December 2017 in the “Y” Record of the Platinum Enhanced Disclosure File. In addition to the Platinum WAC ARM disclosure information in the “Y” Record (see the “platdaily.txt” file on the Disclosure Data Download File page), Ginnie Mae is disclosing Platinum WAC ARM Reset Change data. There will be one record for each reset period (change date), so a pool will have more than one reset record, one for each change date (e.g. April, July, October, January).

Ginnie Mae is providing a spreadsheet file for the February 2018 New Issuance disclosures. This file, attached, contains 4 reset records:
