The Ginnie Mae Factor B GII File, “factorB2_201801.zip”, published on February 8th, 2018 was incomplete, missing data for 758 pools. Ginnie Mae has posted the complete Factor B GII File on the Disclosure Data Download Page. Note that though Ginnie Mae Factor A GII File, “factorA2_201801.zip”, published on February 6th, 2018 was incomplete by the same 758 pools, there will be no republishing of the Factor A GII File. Users should update their data accordingly.
