Ginnie Mae is providing this reminder that December 2017 is the first issuance month for Platinum WAC ARM pools (see the November 13th, 2017 bulletin). The first Platinum WAC ARM pool is 784402, a “WK” pool type. It is expected that the “platdaily.txt” file published on the Disclosure Data Download page on Wednesday, December 13th will be the first Platinum Enhanced file with a “Y” record included. “Y” record disclosure data will also be available on the Disclosure Data Search on that day.
