2017-057: Test Files for HMBS Pool and Loan Level Monthly Portfolio Disclosure Files

​Test files for the HMBS Pool Monthly Portfolio and the Loan Level Monthly Portfolio, reflecting the revised formats that are effective December 2, 2017, are now available on the New Release Test File Download page. The test files include:

  • The HMBS Pool Monthly Portfolio file (test_hmonthlyenh_201705.txt) contains record sets for 5 sample pools (but no overall file header or trailer records).
  • The HMBS Loan Level Monthly Portfolio file (test_hllmon2_201705.txt) contains pool header, pool trailer, and loan records for 5 sample pools (but no overall file header or trailer records). 

The October 27th bulletin contains the latest file layouts.
