Ginnie Mae is pleased to provide disclosure information for its MBS Multifamily New Issuance Loan Level data. These new files will provide Multifamily New Issuance disclosure information in the same format as the Monthly Multifamily Loan Level file.

Beginning with August 2017 New Issuance, the Multifamily New Issuance disclosure files can be found in the “New Issues (NI)” section, “Loan-Level Files” subsection of the Disclosure Data Download page. These are cumulative files in the month of Issuance and are named as follows:

• “mfdailyll_new.zip” (daily)
• “mfdailyllmni.zip” (final new issuance for the month)

When there is a Calendar Day where there is no Multifamily New Issuance to disclose, an empty file will be available.

The layout for the New Issuance files is the same layout as the Monthly Multifamily Loan Level disclosure (no change), but the layout has been updated to version 2.1, attached, which provides guidance on the naming conventions for New Issuance files (new) and Monthly files (remaining the same).
