As a reminder – the April test files for “daily.txt”, “platdaily.txt”, and “platdcoll.txt” are available on the New Release Test File Download page as of today, April 4, 2017; test files will be present for the month of April 2017. The file name for each file on the test page will be proceeded by “test”, (eg. the “daily.txt” file will be named “testdaily.txt” on that page).

Previous instructions provided in Ginnie Mae’s March 9, 2017 Disclosure bulletin announcements for Pool and Loan Disclosure Files, April 2017 and New Issuance Platinum Enhanced and Collateral Files and in Ginnie Mae’s March 14, 2017 Disclosure “Updates” bulletin have been incorporated into the attached Consolidated Disclosure File Layout, Version 2.2. The File Layout for MBS Pool Level disclosure remains the same. However, there are enhanced processing rules, which are documented in the Version release notes in the attached, Version 2.2, on page 3.
