Related to Ginnie Mae’s March 9, 2017 Disclosure bulletin announcements for Pool and Loan Disclosure Files, April 2017 and New Issuance Platinum Enhanced and Collateral Files, Ginnie Mae is extending the time for implementation for an additional month. The existing files and schedules remain in effect for the month of April. In addition, Ginnie Mae is providing test files for the new “daily.txt”, “platdaily.txt”, and “platdcoll.txt” files as of April 3, 2017 for testing purposes during the month of April.
Revised Schedule: The April 2017 effective dates for the Production files in the March 9, 2017 bulletins will now begin in May 1, 2017. Each item in both bulletins are extended by 1 month. See the revised dates:

Test Files in April: The test files for “daily.txt”, “platdaily.txt”, and “platdcoll.txt”will be available on April 3, 2017 on the New Release Test File Download page. The file name for each file on the test page will be proceeded by “test”, so the “daily.txt” file will be named “testdaily.txt”. To assist with testing, each file on the test page will also have a File Size, Published Date, and File Layout.
