​Ginnie Mae is providing Platinum Pool documentation for pools issued November 1994 through the present on its web site, available for download. These have been added to the existing Multiclass REMIC Download page, now called Multiclass REMIC and Platinum Download page. Users must be registered with Ginnie Mae to download these files.

Users can access the following from the Platinum Download section of the page:

  • Collateral information: The collateral data included in the Platinum pool.
  • Prospectus information: The issuance data for the Platinum pool.
  • Submission information: A listing of Platinum pools issued for a given month.
