2015-012: April/May Reminder for MBS Disclosure files

​Ginnie Mae is providing this reminder of upcoming Data Disclosure file changes for Pool Level and Loan Level files for MBS Disclosures.  Previous disclosure bulletins have announced disclosure file layout changes planned for April and May; this notice provides additional detail related to those bulletins.  The files in Table 1 will be available from the Disclosure Data Download page and will continue to follow the published Data Disclosure Release Schedule.

 
MBS Loan Level Files with the version 1.5 layout will not be produced after March 2015; the final MBS Loan Level file from version 1.5 will be published at 9 AM on April 1.  Ginnie Mae will continue to provide Pool Level data in the old (legacy) format for a period of 3 months.  On April 1st, the MBS Pool files in Table 2 will be accessible via a hyperlink at the bottom of the Disclosure Data Download page.
