Ginnie Mae is providing the following files pertaining to HMBS Enhanced Monthly Pool Disclosure v4.2 and Loan Level Disclosure v2.2 (reflecting the renaming of all instances of “Non-borrowing Spouse” to “Eligible Non-borrowing Spouse”, together with a clarification of the definition of Eligible Non-borrowing Spouse) beginning in April 2015 (HMBS Daily and Monthly New Issuance Disclosures) and May 2015 (HMBS Enhanced Monthly Pool and HMBS Loan Level Disclosures):

• HMBS Enhanced Monthly Pool Disclosure Test File
• HMBS Loan Level Disclosure Test File

As with the current version, the HMBS Loan Level Disclosure Test file is applicable to HMBS Daily New Issuance Loan Level, HMBS Monthly New Issuance Loan Level, and HMBS Loan Level (Monthly) Disclosure data files. The test files can be accessed from the Test File Download page for testing and familiarization purposes.
