Ginnie Mae will discontinue production of the legacy HMBS Monthly Pool Disclosure file and the legacy HECM Saver Disclosure file from the Disclosure Data Download page effective February 1, 2015.

The last HMBS Monthly Pool and the legacy HECM Saver disclosure files will be for the December 2014 reporting period, which will be released in January 2015.

The older publications of these two disclosure files will remain on the Consolidated Data History pages. The data contained by both of these disclosures is contained in the current HMBS Enhanced Monthly Pool Disclosure file, which will continue in production.
