This bulletin is a follow-up to the bulletins of 02/28/2014 and 03/07/2014 that announced the enhanced disclosure data for HMBS pools. The following additional information is provided:

• The HMBS Enhanced Pool Disclosure layout, announced in the 02/28/2014 Bulletin applies to both the New Issuance Pool Disclosure (Daily/Weekly files) and the Monthly Pool Disclosure File (all active HMBS pools). The description of the file layout has been updated to reflect that it applies to both.
• The Enhanced layout contains all of the existing HMBS pool disclosure file record types and adds new record types. The new layout is a comprehensive file that will ultimately replace the existing HMBS Pool disclosure files.
• Ginnie Mae is targeting the 3rd Quarter of 2014 for release of the HMBS Enhanced Pool Disclosure File for New Issuance Pool Disclosure (Daily/Weekly files) and the Monthly Pool Disclosure File (all active HMBS pools).
• The current legacy files and the new enhanced files will be produced concurrently for a 3 month period, after which Ginnie Mae will no longer produce the legacy HMBS Pool Disclosure File.
