Ginnie Mae has added a new search function for MBS Loan Level Disclosure Data:

The MBS Disclosure Data Search page now includes a Loan Level Monthly New Issuances search, named “Loan-Level Monthly New Issuance File Download.” This search provides a download of Monthly New Issuances Loan-Level information for a specific pool. The full data file for the MBS Loan Level Monthly New Issuances can be found on the Disclosure Data Download page.

The HMBS Disclosure Data Search page remains unchanged.
