2012-016: Schedule for HMBS Monthly Disclosure file

The timeline for distribution of the HMBS Monthly Disclosure file is being accelerated. As of January 2013 the HMBS Monthly file will be released on the 10th Business Day at 10:00 PM. As of January 2013 the HMBS Monthly File will no longer include the new issuance data. The file will have all active pools for the report period. A new separate monthly file of HMBS new issuances for the month will be distributed beginning February 2013.
