Mortgage Rate of the Mortgage Loan or Loans underlying
the Trust MBS.
Mortgage Loan ...........................
With respect to each Trust Asset, each of the mortgage
loans in the pool or pools underlying such Trust Asset.
Mortgage Note............................
The instrument evidencing the debt underlying the related
Mortgage.
Mortgaged Property....................
The multifamily property, including a nursing facility
located in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia
or any U.S. territory, commonwealth or possession, securing
or the subject of a Mortgage Loan.
Mortgage Rate............................
With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the per annum interest
rate on the related Mortgage Note.
Mortgagor...................................
The obligor on a Mortgage Note.
