The Document Custodian Manual ("Manual"), Appendix V-1 to the Mortgage-Backed Securities Guide 5500.3 REV-1 ("Guide") that was announced in APM 13-02, dated April 5, 2013 is being withdrawn based on valuable feedback from both Issuers and Document Custodians. A revised Manual will be published at a future date and will allow time for Issuers and Document Custodians to adhere to the new requirements. Until the revisions are published, Issuers and Document Custodians should continue to refer to the Document Custodian Manual in effect prior to the April 5, 2013 announcement for guidance.
