Ginnie Mae is making available the Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) Loan-Level Layout, Version 1.4 and MBS Loan-Level Data Dictionary, Version 1.2, for disclosure of single-family loan-level information.

Both document's version histories provide details about the updates from previous versions. These updates provide upper and lower disclosure limits to “L” Record elements: Loan-to-Value, Credit Score, and Total Debt Expense Ratio Percent.
