Ginnie Mae is making available two MBS loan-level test files via the Test File Download page; one for MBS Ginnie Mae I Pools and one for MBS Ginnie Mae II Pools along with a loan-level layout and disclosure definitions document.
Please note that the MBS Loan-Level Layout and the MBS Loan-Level Data Dictionary are the same for both of the data files. Therefore, they are only listed once.
The MBS Loan-Level Layout has been updated to version 1.3 for a Loan Interest Rate format change, which is detailed in the document history.
