Ginnie Mae is making available two HMBS loan-level test files via the Test File Download page: one for HMBS Monthly Adjustable Pools and one for HMBS Annual Adjustable and Fixed Rate Pools.
The files included for each set are:
- a small data file,
- a sample file,
- the HMBS Loan-Level Layout, and
- the HMBS Loan-Level Data Dictionary.
Please note that the sample file, loan-level layout, and the HMBS Loan-Level Data Dictionary are the same for both data files. Therefore, they are only listed once.
